Is AGLOCO a pyramid scheme?

Absolutely NOT!

Pyramid schemes are where people at the bottom pay money to join, and this money goes to the people who referred them (those at the top). Pyramid schemes are illegal.

Here is Wikipedia's description of a pyramid scheme:

A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves the exchange of money primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, usually without any product or service being delivered. Pyramid schemes have existed for at least a century.

AGLOCO is NOT a pyramid scheme for the following reasons:

  • No Member ever pays AGLOCO (or any other Member) any money at any time.

  • No Member earns money from signing people up.

  • AGLOCO is the opposite of a pyramid scheme - money is paid to all active Members.

  • All Members earn distributions at the same rate no matter when they joined. Members who refer new Members can earn more for building out the AGLOCO network, and a multilevel system is used for this reward.
