What does the name AGLOCO stand for?

I think AGLOCO is a funny name, and I don't know how to say it. It stands for A GLOBAL COMMUNITY or AGLOCO.

I do know that AGLOCO is a global community of Internet users whose active Members will be paid for all their online activity.
